  Rachel Graham
President and Chief Operating Officer

As President and COO, Rachel is responsible for creating strategic development, technological advancement, process design and team leadership. A veteran executive with 23-years of experience in the health care industry, Rachel has been successful with identifying opportunities, building organizations, and delivering strong revenues and profits. Prior to joining Ecom in 2000, Rachel was a leader in multiple facets of the health care industry including, durable medical equipment, pharmaceutical benefits management, third party administrators and PPO administration. Rachel holds an MBA from Le Tourneau University and a bachelor’s degree from Baylor University.		  
 
         
         
  Kevin Calk
Chief Information Officer

In his role as Chief Information Officer, Kevin leads Ecom’s technology development, operations and service delivery and is responsible for the continued competitive advantage in these areas. His 16-years of prior experience include various technology management positions in the cable, health care and government/military industries. Kevin received his MBA in Technology Management and a B.S. in Business Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.		  
 
         
         
  Alvin Bowser
Vice President of Operations

In his role leading Ecom’s operations group serving as Vice President, Alvin is responsible for ensuring Ecom’s technology and services are integrated with a client’s operations efficiently and effectively. Prior to joining Ecom, Alvin worked at every level within the payer community, and for a very successful health insurance carrier serving in several capacities during his tenure. Alvin has more than 17 years combined experience in the healthcare and PPO industries and understands all of the inner-workings within a claim shop environment. Alvin holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
